At Last, Another Video!

Uhmmm.... no, it's not a vid of him singing. It's Jason's Date Night Vid, and Michael makes a special appearance. It also features The Heavy Steadies, a great band who backed Jason at the Tulsa gig.

Not the best quality; but there are a lot of good moments there, especially 0:59. ;-)

I wanted to do some screencaps but I figured they would not come out clear, so I didn't.

Yay! I found new Michael pics. He attended the Tulsa show of his big bro Jason Castro last November 29 (which was amazing, based on what I've heard) with the rest of the gorgeous Castro family.

The show was at Flytrap Music Hall and Dreadheads and Castronauts from all over the country came to catch a glimpse of Jason for his first official gig after the American Idol Tour.

Michael has a following of his own (~duh~) and I've been told that girls were kinda following him around and a lot were asking to have pictures taken with him.

Here are a few pics. Too bad I didn't find anymore (not yet anyway). It's either they haven't been posted online or I'm losing my creeping skillz.

I'm gonna keep on looking for other snap shots of our gorgeous boy, but in the meantime, enjoy the following:

edt: The culprit's name is Joanna Pacitti. A recording artist who was under contract with a major label up until September last year. She was released after her album tanked. WTH? What's she doing in an amateur singing competition? She even recorded a song for the Legally Blonde soundtrack! Are they effin' kidding me?!

Jason Castro: The ‘American Idol’ torch is passed!

Happy news, Jason Castro junkies and die-hard dreadheads: Jason Castro’s little brother, Michael Castro, has auditioned for Season 8 of “American Idol.”

And according to fourth-place runner-up Jason, Michael is the real singer in the family. “He’d always outdo me,” Jason told Fox News reporter Jonathan Hunt of his brother Michael, as seen in this segment posted on You Tube. “Hold notes longer, hit higher notes, and I was always like, 'How do you do that?' Whatever!”

The Beginning of A Long Adventure

Who would've have thought?

Like an answered prayer to all his Creepers who have been waiting to hear him sing, Michael Castro auditioned for American Idol Season 8. Yes, I'm talking about that Michael Castro, Jason Castro's brother. And yes, he definitely looks the part.

His big bro Jason, last year's fourth placer, went with him for his final audition in front of Simon, Randy and Paula.

(I don't really care about the 4th judge. Heh. Sue me.)




Questions on whether or not he made it to the Hollywood round shall remain unanswered, until Season 8 officially begins.

'Till then we shall have to wait. Waiting sucks, but a Michael Castro in the Top 24 will mean one thing- Hotness on our TV screens.
